O Level is considered equivalent to Secondary School Certificate (SSC) subject to meeting the requirement of Group of Studies below:
1. Pakistan Based Examinations: Eight subjects including five compulsory that are; Mathematics, English, Urdu, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies and three electives.
2. Overseas Based Examinations: Five subjects including English, Mathematics and three electives.

To qualify for Science Group it is necessary to pass Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Computer Science. All others will be considered in General/Arts/Humanities Group.

O Level Equivalence Requirement

1. Original transcripts of O level
2. Pakistan Based Examinations: Eight subjects including Compulsory English, Mathematics, Urdu, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies and three electives are must.
3. Copy of CNIC
4. One Passport Size Picture.
